Membership Inquiry


Q: How do I register for membership?

A: Click “Join” at the top right of the homepage to link to the membership registration page.

When registering for membership, you can choose between general or business depending on whether or not you are registered as a business.

You can change from general to business membership if needed. Log into the homepage and click on the person icon at the top right of the homepage. Click “Edit Member Information” and make any necessary changes. 




Payment and Shipping Inquiries


Q: If I place an order today, when will I receive it?

A: Orders and payments made on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped within one business day. 

Orders and payments made after 12:00 PM will be shipped within two business days or on the next business day if the expected delivery date is a weekend or holiday.



Q: How are orders shipped?

A: Orders are shipped via EMS.

Please use the 1:1 inquiry board to submit a request before placing an order if you would like to choose a different delivery method.

Please understand that any order placed without submitting the aforementioned request will be shipped via EMS.



Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated through the EMS shipping cost calculation system upon placing an order.

The “shopping mall” may contact the customer regarding additional payment if there is a difference of more than $10.00 USD during the actual delivery stage.

 In this case, customers will be informed of the payment method for any separate shipping costs. 



Q: The website says delivery is complete, but I haven’t received my beans yet. Where can I confirm delivery?

A: It is difficult to check the real-time delivery status on the shopping mall.

If you are curious about the delivery status, please check it separately through EMS tracking.

If a delivery has not been confirmed, please contact us by email (sales@coffeelibre.kr) and we will help you with the process.

Other Inquiries

Q: When will there be changes to the lineup of coffee beans?

A: We introduce new lineups with freshly selected coffee beans every week for Goldmund and Single Origin.

We have four types of blended coffee beans that are sold on a regular basis: Bad Blood, No Surprise, Vertigo, and Dark Libre.

Please check the detailed product description on the website for the characteristics of each bean.



Q: When do you send out the roasted beans?

A: In principle, Coffee Libre does not sell beans that have been roasted for more than seven days (one week). Beans are discarded after that time. Beans are roasted on a regular basis at least three times a week.

Roasted beans are based on the first-in, first-out method.

If you want to receive the most recently roasted beans, please write “send recently roasted beans” in the delivery message section when placing an order. 

After the order has been confirmed, it will be sent according to your request.

However, please note that changes may occur depending on internal circumstances.
