Brewing Recipe

Light Medium Roasting
94-96℃

Medium Dark Roasting
92-94℃

Dark Roasting
90-92℃


Espresso
1. Put 19.5~20g of coffee 
(Based on the 20g filter basket, or you could just put your coffee until the inner line of the filter basket)
2. After tamping, brew 30~40g of espresso for 25~30 seconds

Pour Over
1. Put 20g of ground coffee
2. Pour 50ml of hot water and wait for 30 seconds (Bloom)
3. Pour hot water two or three times around the center of the dripper, but pour a sufficient amount in the first phase
4. Brew 250ml within 2 minutes in total.

Aero Press
1. Put the filter in the chamber and load 20g of ground coffee
2. Pour 260ml of hot water
3. Stir slowly 3~4 times with a stick
4. Wait for 90 seconds and press slowly to brew

French Press
1. Put 20g of ground coffee
2. Pour 270ml of hot water
3. Stir slowly 2~3 times with a stick
4. Press plunger slowly after 3 minutes

Moka Pot
1. Pour water until the inner line of the moka pot
2. Pour ground coffee into the basket and press lightly by using a spoon
3. Put the moka pot on the gas burner and heat it 
(At this time, the fire size of the gas burner should be smaller than the bottom diameter of the moka pot)
4. When you hear a “choo” sound while brewing coffee, turn off the heat and wait for the brewing to complete
